Thank you for registering for our upcoming conference on March 21, 2025. We understand that circumstances can change, and we have established the following refund policy to ensure clarity and transparency:
Refund Deadlines:
- Full Refund: Requests received by February 21, 2025 (30 days before the event) are eligible for a full refund, minus a $25 administrative fee.
- Partial Refund (50%): Requests received between February 22 and March 10, 2025 are eligible for a 50% refund, minus the $25 administrative fee.
- No Refunds: Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for cancellation requests made after March 10, 2025. However, you may transfer your registration to another individual if you are unable to attend.
Transfer of Registration:
- If you are unable to attend the conference, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost. All transfer requests must be submitted in writing by March 18, 2025 to webmaster@hawaii-ena.life.
How to Request a Refund or Transfer:
- To request a refund or transfer, please email webmaster@hawaii-ena.life with your registration details and reason for the request.
- Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed.
